Data collection & hosting

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. No personal data is actively collected. When you open the website, our hosting provider Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland records technical data on the server side (IP address, timestamp, pages requested, volume of data transferred, browser type) for the purpose of technical operation and security. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own server; no external services are embedded.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and undisrupted operation of the website. The logs are held by the host and, according to the provider, are available there for at least seven days; we do not evaluate them and do not store them beyond that. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The server location is Switzerland, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contacting us

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for an enquiry relating to a contract. We delete the message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
